Hello from ESS Enviro
CORPORATE HISTORY:

ESS Environmental, (ESS) was formed in 2014 as an extension of SGS Environmental to cover the Mid West and Prairie States with the express purpose of abating asbestos containing building materials in the central and northern United States
ESS’s professionalism increased demand for our services, leading to a major presence in abatement contracting with city and county governments, military installations, public utilities, universities, community colleges, public schools and industry.
Building on our asbestos expertise and designing state of the art procedures processes and equipment, ESS has become the best kept secret in advancing methodologies and technologies providing a safer and more productive work site at substantial cost savings.
ESS’s Proprietary Relationships with equipment manufacturers of High Velocity Vacuum separation systems has paved the way for much safer work environments protecting the public and our employees. ESS no closed loop vacuum system provides non personnel contact with Hazardous materials from initial contact extraction to disposal site via bladder bags. Additional technologies Developed in cooperation are full dust control systems, material separators and bagging systems. With HEPA filtration 99.99 and ULPA 99.999 of particles .03 Microns. Also advanced Activated carbon and Chemical Oxidation units.
Because abatement of building materials directly or indirectly involves demolition, ESS has developed a large amount of hands on expertise in demolishing all types of building materials. We are exceptionally safe and efficient in gutting building interiors scheduled for renovation.

Dave Blair-CEO
Dave Blair, our CEO, is a progressive company leader! He and his partners started ESS Enviro with the intention of helping home-owners and businesses in the abatement of mold and asbestos. More recently ESS Environmental designed a powerful purification system to fight against Covid-19 and other harmful pathogens and bacteria that help protect the health of indoor environments. They’ve also adopted an air monitoring system for continuous real-time monitoring of buildings, ships, hospitals, schools, and assisted living facilities, which allows air quality threats to be detected immediately.
Dave actively using his marketing, networking and project management skills to develop out-reach programs; collaborating with big industry, community and government contacts to discover environmental needs. Dave provides the necessary knowledge and resources to clients in order to analyze the scope of their issue, remediate all air quality problems, and ensure indoor environments are protected.
Dave is also our valued Tribal liaison, working with Tribes across the plains, often serving as the main point of contact between multiple clients and the Tribes. Dave has dedicated years of his professional career to developing trust and respect with Tribal Leaders. Dave ensures all services are being performed in a manner consistent with the imperatives of the project's regulatory process, as well as adhering to the strong principles underlying the company' s Aboriginal Policy.
